1. Acceptance of Terms and Definitions

By using the EPI Beach service provided by EPI Systems S.A. ("Company", "we", "us"), you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please immediately discontinue use of our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and EPI Systems S.A. These terms apply to all users of the service, including visitors, registered users, and partners.

2. Service Description and Features

EPI Beach is a comprehensive beach management platform that aims to improve the visitor experience through technological innovations and smart solutions.

Core Services

• Umbrella Booking System: Electronic seat booking with the ability to select specific location, time and duration
• Smart Locks (TTLock): Secure storage systems with Bluetooth technology and access codes
• Food and Beverage Ordering: Electronic menu with ordering capability and delivery to your location
• Payment Processing: Secure electronic transactions through Viva Payments
• Real-Time Monitoring: Updates on availability, order status and services
• QR Code Integration: Quick access to services through QR codes

Service Availability

The service is available 24/7 for bookings, while physical services (umbrellas, lockers, food) depend on the operating hours of partner businesses. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades or emergencies.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

Account Creation and Management

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of laws
• Violation of rights of other users or third parties
• Sending spam, viruses or other malicious software
• Performing security attacks on the system
• Creating multiple fake accounts
• Harassing other users or staff

4. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Booking Policy

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices may change without notice
• Availability is not guaranteed until booking confirmation
• Bookings are subject to partner business terms

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before booking
• Partial refund: 12-24 hours before (50% of amount)
• No refund: Less than 12 hours or no-show
• Emergency circumstances: Reviewed individually

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Electronic wallet and mobile banking
• PayPal and other digital platforms
• Bank transfer (for large amounts)

5. Intellectual Property and Licenses

Company Rights

All content, services, technological features and intellectual property of the EPI Beach platform belong exclusively to EPI Systems S.A. or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software, applications and algorithms
• User interface designs and user experience
• Logos, trademarks and corporate identity
• Content, images and multimedia
• Databases and information structures

License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal use of the platform in accordance with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

EPI Systems S.A. provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Liability Limitations

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We do not guarantee the availability of third-party services
• We are not responsible for actions of partner businesses

7. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service without notice in case of violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

Consequences of Termination

• Immediate cessation of access to the service
• Deletion of personal data (except legal obligations)
• Cancellation of active bookings with refunds (case by case)
• Retention of rights for amounts owed

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Greek law and European legislation. Any dispute arising from the use of the service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
